1. Stainless Steel 304 Saddle Rings Advantage:

4. Hualai metal tower packing product groups:
In Hualai factory, except for stainless steel 304 saddle rings, we produces and exports perforated corrugated metal plate structured packing, corrugated wire gauze packing, metal random packing like pall rings, intalox saddles, cascade mini ring, raschig ring, rosette ring, super raschig ring, inner arc ring, conjugate ring, mini ring, etc.. All these types of packing are available in carbon steel, stainless steel 304, 316L. Additionally, titanium, monel, copper and some other alloy materials are also available for some of the packing types, too.
Metal ring packing
It is one of the most common and well-known bulk packing materials. It is made of sheet metal and has a special structure. There are two rows of windows inclined inward on the annular wall. Each row of windows has five lobes that bend inward and point to the center where the tongue contacts each other. The positions of the upper and lower windows are staggered. Generally, the area of the window is about 30% of the whole ring area. The window on the ring wall makes the distribution and mass transfer efficiency of liquid and gas in the package better than that of Raschig ring.
